HELP! :(

I'm having problems uploading anything in that I simply can't. Since the way to submit deviations has changed, I've been having this problem...
Where I am supposed to choose a file to upload, there is no "Add a File" button where i assume there is supposed to be one, there's only "Add Text". I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem, or knew some way I could figure out where I'm going wrong. I messaged the help desk, but they haven't replied with any help yet. I'm kindof at a loss here, because I really like DA, but if I cant upload anything, then thats no fun.
